Travel Photography Workshop

Refresh your knowledge on basic photography and the making of good travel pictures. There will be opportunities to shoot landscapes, still life and people. Photography basics start at a coffee shop in the local village, we venture to a wet market and onto the streets of an old hillside town. There will also be a photo review session.

Itinerary

Day1

>9.30am
Meet at local coffee shop. We go through the basics: exposure, shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focusing, white balance and framing. We talk about what travel photography is and the best ways to approach different subjects in our travels.

>11.00am
We head over to the Seremban wet market and try out a photo essay assignment.

>12.30pm
Lunch at nearby market stalls.>1.30pm
We drive up to Kuala Pilah town. Along the way there will be some opportunities to photograph landscapes and traditional architecture.

>3.00pm
We try out a photo assignment on the streets of Kuala Pilah town

>4.00pm
Tea time at a coffee shop. We will talk about the days outing and issues in trying to get the best images.

>6.00pm
Head back to Spyder Hill. Dinner stop along the way.


Day2
>9.00am
We will review and critique your assignments from yesterday.

>11.00am
Workshop finish


Workshop Duration: 10 hrs (over 2 days)
Group size: Min of 2 people to start, Max of 4 people

Package: 2Days and 1 Night (inclusive of local breakfast)
Fee: RM1600 (2pax) – RM2400 (3pax) – RM3000 (4pax)

3. Bank in the full workshop fee and send us the receipt
